Governor General's Performing Arts Awards FoundationNational Arts Centre of Canada
First prize
The Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards Foundation (GGPAAF) are Canada’s highest honour in the performing arts recognizing an array of artists and arts volunteers for their outstanding contribution to culture in Canada and abroad.
Each year, the GGPAAF holds a live awards event in partnership with the National Arts Centre (NAC). The NAC has the responsibility for the production of the annual gala performance.
Visual Communication Source worked as a partner with the GGPAAF and NAC communications team to strategize and develop the visuals for the 2022 annual gala performance.
The first steps of this project was creation of a 30th anniversary logo for 2022 and designing a branding guideline.
An extensive list of promotional materials were created. These included invitations and tickets, social media campaigns, digital and print advertising, dinner menus, slideshows and signage.
